Don't Call It A Comeback

I been here for years.

Embiggen and turn your head to the side to see the logical version. It looks like an 1800's cityscape I think. You know, with some nuclear power reactors or missile silos.

A Conspicuous Walk to the El

This is where it started.

This was the impetus to leave.

The plants were floating.

Here was a place to rest, but it lay behind glass and electronic locks.

It is, isn't it?

Don't open this door.

It leads to a desolate stretch, and there is always the danger of feral dogs.

I found neither food nor happiness here.

These Schnausers were very tame.

I heard the train and sprinted for the El, but I was well behind, and just as I was about to give up, gasping, at the top of the stairs, a big man with a goatee stood between the doors so they couldn't close and I could board. This was the nicest gesture of the week. So I took a picture of CTA map.

Here is my couch. This is where the story ends.
